Soft Palate

An edition of frozen, edible ice cream sculptures, modeled after the human soft palate - the mouth, teeth, tongue and throat - are sweetly subversive and self-consuming. Sold to gallery audiences and the public by vendors performing a character of a hybrid art auctioneer / ice cream man.
